DECATUR - DeKalb County Superintendent Johnny Brown says a panel will be appointed to work out details for a new student dress code. <br>

Brown said Thursday the committee will include parents, students and staff and will be made up of both supporters and opponents of his plan called ``Dress for Success.'' <br>

He says the panel will be appointed in the next few days. <br>

Brown's plan for uniform-type dress for students has brought criticism from some parents who have been organizing and considering lawsuits to stop it.
