DEMOREST - Senator Max Cleland was the guest speaker at a student seminar at Piedmont College in Demorest.
After commenting on the state of Washington and the country after the September 11th attacks, Cleland fielded questions from the audience
Most centered on the attacks and the war on terrorism.
Cleland said the war will probably now move to the border area near Pakistan where guerillas typically "ride out the winter."
Cleland described Osama bin Laden as
"an outlaw and renegade" who will mostly likely be dead before he is prosecuted.
The session was held Tuesday.
