Zollie Alfred Nicholson

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Zollie Alfred Nicholson, age 65, of Jefferson, who passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020. Mr. Nicholson was born in Lithonia, Georgia, a son to the late Crawford Lee Nicholson and the late Emma Mae Ergle. Mr. Nicholson was a Caregiver and a member of the Galilee Christian Church in Jefferson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Nicholson was preceded in death by his sister, Annie Mae Bechtold, brother, Crawford Lester Nicholson and sister in law, Janis W. Chapman.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki Lynn Wheless Nicholson of Jefferson; brother, Oscar Ray Nicholson and his wife Heather of Hoschton, cousin, Dura Whitehead of Douglasville; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

The Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 12:00 Noon in the Resthaven Garden of Memory, 2284 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at the Graveside, prior to the service.
