Richard Alton Wallis

Richard Alton Wallis, 49, was born January 8, 1971 and passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Mr. Wallis was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Cumming, He is preceded by his Dad, Norris A. Wallis; Fay and Willene Wallis, and George and Mary Kate Gober; and several aunts and uncles, and a cousin.

Mr. Wallis is survived by his son, Rick Wallis; mother, Gloria Gober Wallis; best friend of 26 years, Rhonda Crawford; brothers and sister-in-law, Tony and Judy Wallis, Scott Wallis’ aunts, Lynell Robbs, Mildred Wallis. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 15, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. L.C. Bennett and Rev. Paul Shadburn officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
