Jeri King Hughes

Jeri King Hughes, age 61, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur John King and Irene Logan King. She is survived by her husband of forty years, Clay Hughes, Flowery Branch, GA; son, Joshua Clayton Hughes, Philadelphia, PA; sister, Carol Burns, Suches, GA; four grandchildren; and several nieces and cousins. Mrs. Hughes was born on July 29, 1958 in Bethpage, NY. She was a graduate of Division Avenue High School. She was retired from United Parcel Post after 16 years as a package sorter. She loved animals. She attended Corinth Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, GA before moving to Flowery Branch, GA. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hall County Human Society in memory of Jeri Hughes.
