John Richard Sabato

Mr. John Richard Sabato age 60 of Toccoa passed away Wednesday February 12, 2020 at his residence.

A son of the late Peter and Frances Linck Sabato, he was born March 2, 1959 in Virginia having lived most of his life in Florida before moving to Toccoa last year. He loved nature, music, to cookout, and his friends. He was preceded in death by his son Matt Sabato and a sister Barbara.

Survivors include his daughter Santana Sabato of Gainesville, son Wayne Roach, grandchildren Sulaila Shirley, Olympiious Prather, Perciious Prather and a brother Paul Sabato of Thailand.

Graveside services will be Tuesday February 18, 2020 at 2 P.M. at Toccoa City Cemetery with the Reverend Chris Roberts and Mr. Marvin Roach officiating. The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday from noon until service time.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Robbie Boggs, Josh Roach, Ryan Miller, Charles Hollaway, Robert Hollaway and Cody Martin.

Interment will follow in Toccoa City Cemetery.
