Geneva Stevens “Carol” Raia

Geneva Stevens “Carol” Raia, age 70 of the Batesville Community, Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 08, 2020.

Born in Asheville, North Carolina on April 05, 1949, she was a daughter of the late James, Sr. & Virginia Shope Stevens. Carol was a Medical Transcriptionist with Habersham Medical Center for many years and was of the Catholic Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Stevens, Jr. & sister, Tina Delpar.

Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Lewis Joseph Raia, Jr. of the Batesville Community, Clarkesville, GA; Sons, Jason L.S. Raia of Valley Forge, PA; Jared D. Raia of the Batesville Community of Clarkesville, GA; brother, Wayne Stevens of Hickory, NC; step-children, Sharon Raia Scarpitta, Jeffrey Allen Raia, Sr. both of St. Petersburg, FL;  step-grandchildren, Callie Nieto, Melissa Raia, Nicole Raia, & Jeffrey A. Raia, Jr.
