Kathryn Render Goudelock

Kathryn Render Goudelock was born in Gainesville, GA to the late Elizabeth Wise Render and Walter L. Render Sr. on February 15, 1943. She was the third oldest of eleven children. Kathryn went to Fair Street School and later married Forrest Goudelock.  She had several hobbies, but her favorites were making pottery, flower arrangements, and sewing. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where she served faithfully on the usher’s board. She was also an advocate of the Gold Star Wives. Her sassy sweet spirit will forever be missed.  She is survived by three sisters: Juanita Render Anderson, Shirlyn R, Render, Lanary Elaine Hunter, Virginia Littlejohn; three brothers: Edward Render, Walter L. Render, Jr., Bobby L. Render and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 at St. John Baptist Church at 12:00 noon.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at St. Paul United Methodist Church between the hours of 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home
