Daisy Haney Bruce

Daisy Haney Bruce, age 78, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her sons, Monte Carlo Martin, John Fitzgerald Martin; mother, Elizabeth Haney; father, Grover C. Haney; sisters, Christine Haney, Wilma Teague, Polly Rector; brother, Edwin Haney; daughters-in-law, Karen Martin, Katie Bruce. She is survived by her children, Edward C. Martin, Oakwood, GA, Darla J. and James A. Smith, Kimball Township, MI, Ronald N. and Cherry L. Martin, Flowery Branch, GA, James H. Bruce, III, Eastanollee, GA, Sandra D. Peasley, Decatur, AL, Tammie R. and Ronnie March, Arab, AL, Bonnie M. and Mark Taylor, Arab, AL; over sixty grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Loretta Haney, Linda Huddleston; and brother, Grover Chris Haney.  Ms. Bruce was born on May 15, 1941 in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. She loved her children, photos, garden, and she collected dolls.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4^th at the funeral home.
