Johnny Ray Johnson

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Johnny Ray Johnson, age 65 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, January 29, 2020.  Mr. Johnson was born in Tifton, Georgia a son of the late Johnny Johnson Sr. and the late Betty Sue Johnson, was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a Truck Driver.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Hazel Carroll Johnson, of Jefferson, two daughters, Tessa and Shana Johnson of Tifton.  Two sons, Johnny Johnson of Tifton and Jamie Johnson of Savannah.  Five grandchildren also survive.

In accordance with Mr. Johnson’s wishes, the body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
