Annie Pearl Winters Holland

Ms. Annie Pearl Winters Holland was born on January 20,1942 to the late Marcus and Myrdell Cheeks Winters. She departed her life on January 22, 2020 following an extended illness. Pearl was a devoted mother to her five children. She graduated from Fair Street and Brenau school of nursing. She worked as an LPN at Northeast Georgia for many years before retiring. Pearl was proceeded in death by her parents; Marcus and Myrdell Winters,her step mother: Bertha Lou Winters, son: Robert (Scooter) Holland; grandson: Emmanuel Drew Holland. Pearl leaves four loving devoted children to cherish her memories: Anthony(Celestine) Winters, Arhonda Lytle(Ken Johnson), Emmanuel Holland, and Tonya Holland. One step-daughter: Margie(Will) Cade Brown-Braswell. Two daughters-in-law: Celestine Winters and Peggy Holland. A very special niece: Carmen Elaine Sims, A special cousin: Shirley Harrison and special caregiver: Karen Mcgriff. Several grandchildren A’jeruhn Marquez (Adelle) Lytle, Shelia (Neal) Curry, Teildrricus Holland, Kiante Young, Sajayda Young, Akendra Johnson, Rozzie Johnson, Xavier Holland, Jakiya Mathis, Gemma Holland, Shuwanna Redding, and Barry(Sharima) Ellison. 7 great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Mount Zion Baptist Church at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Mount Zion Baptist Church between the hours of 6:00PM - 8:00 PM.  Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
