Viola Evans

Cleveland Funeral Home and Cremation Services announces the passing of Viola Nix Evans on January 24th 2020.

Born March 13th, 1926 in White County Georgia to the late William and Sarah Denton Chastain.

She is preceded in death by her husband Wiley Nix and a special nephew raised as a son Wayne Chastain, Brothers; Sylvester, Barnett, Garnett, Arthur, Oscar, Alonzo, Esco, Lawrence and Willard Chastain, Sisters; Julie Trusty, Mamie Goss, and Beulah Abernathy.

Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband Richard Evans.

Children; Dennis Evans, of Marietta Ga; Richard(Rusty) & Stephenie Evans of Roswell, Ga;Elizabeth & Thomas Horton of Gainesville, Ga.

Grandchildren: Robert Evans, Adeline and Amelia Horton as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
