Alma A. Fisher

Alma A. Fisher, age 95, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020.  She was born in 1924, to the late Antonio and Augusta Angeletti. Alma enjoyed tending to her garden, sewing, quilting, painting beautiful landscapes, fishing, and reading.  Her working career included aviation assembly during WWII as a “Rosie the Riveter”. Afterwards Pan American Airways and then turning her attention to elementary education, teaching for Dade County Public Schools. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many. She will be missed dearly. 

She is survived by her children, Marie Zagaglia, and Patricia and Robin Staricek; grandchildren, Mark Sewell and Amanda Russell, Steven Sanders, Jennifer and Steve Stilt, and Nathan Staricek; great grandchildren, Mason Sewell, and Nevaeh Staricek; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. A reception will be held afterwards at the funeral home.
