Geraldine Miller Wilson

Geraldine Miller Wilson age 80 of Lula entered into her heavenly home Wednesday January 8, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Geraldine was born October 20, 1939 in Gainesville to the late Garnett & Alma Miller. She was retired from Gainesville Manufacturing where she worked as an inspector. She was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church where she used to sing in the choir & teach Sunday school. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Bethel Wilson, sister, Brenda Pophan & a brother, Larry Miller.

Survivors include, daughter, Judy Reeves; grandchildren; Jill (Scott) Hewell, Robert (Ashley) Chambers & Mary Allen; great grandchildren, Haley Hewell, Ella Hewell, Josey Chambers, Sawyer Chambers, Brenya Wigley, Logan Wigley & Arya Houston; sisters, Diane Tench, Shelby Jean Standridge, Barbara Sample, Nancy Abernathy & Joann Cash; brothers, Junior Miller, Eddie Miller, William Miller & Johnny Miller. A number of nieces& nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 11, 2020 at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W.A. Jenkins & Rev. James Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Whitehall Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday January 10, 2020 at the funeral home.
