Daniel Laboy "Bo" Hicks

Daniel Labouy “Bo” Hicks, 41, of Gainesville passed away December 13, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Thompson, Rev. Donnie Hicks and Rev. Wayne Norris officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Born on October 15, 1978 in Gainesville he was the son of the late Douglas Ray Hicks and of Cheryl Lynn Truelove. He was a mechanic for Universal Servo and attended New Beginning Church in Jefferson.  In addition to his father, Mr. Hicks is preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Margie Hicks and grandfather, Dewey Thompson.

Mr. Hicks is survived by his mother and stepfather, Cheryl and Ronnie Truelove; grandparents, Martha and Robert Fultz and several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
