Candice Dawn Collis

Miss Candice Dawn Collis, age 38 of Comer, passed away on Thursday Morning, December 5, 2019 at her residence following an extended illness.       

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Dry Pond Methodist Church Cemetery, Maysville, Georgia.  Reverend Bob Walk will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 2 – 8 pm at the funeral home.     

Miss Collis was born May 3, 1981 in Gainesville, Georgia to Eldon Linburg Collis and Linda Ann Cranford Alford.  Candice was preceded in death by her father, Eldon Linburg Collis, her step-mother, Sheree Collis and her step-father, Jewell Alford.    

Miss Collis is survived by her mother, Linda Ann Alford of Comer, brother & sister-in-law, Brandon & Jennifer Collis of Comer, sister, Tracy Collis of Jefferson, 2 nieces, Ava and Lexi, 1 nephew, Mario and a number of other relatives.
