Jerry Dean Copp, age 54, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019.
Mr. Copp was born on February 12, 1965, in Cumming, Georgia, to Albert and Lillie Mae Payne Copp. He was a former dump truck driver for Charles Black Construction and a member of Community Chapel Church. Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Margaret Arnold, and Major and Pauline Payne.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Wesley Vandiver, Helen; parents, Albert and Lillie Mae Copp, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Cecilia Copp, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Alan Rogers, Roswell; mother to his daughter, Renee Copp; 1 special granddaughter soon-to-be; several uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews also survive.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Jack Enloe and the Rev. Dennis Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
