Opel Carlan Martin

Ivie Funeral Home announces visitation for Opel Carlan Martin 48 of Elberton who passed away Nov. 5, 2019.  She was the daughter of the late Fred and Grace Vaughn Carlan.  Survivors include a son Harley Shadwick  of Commerce, 2 brothers Mike Carlan and Freddie Carlan both of Homer.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Fred, Larry and Kenneth Carlan.  The family will receive friends at Ivie Funeral Home Saturday Nov. 16, 2019 from 4 to 6 PM
