Linda Burkhalter Barnhart

Mrs. Linda Burkhalter Barnhart, age 77, of Auburn passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 14, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. Rob Ballard will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2019 and 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Barnhart was born July 30, 1942 to the late Samuel Leroy & Thelma Marie Burkhalter in Atlanta.  She was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Barnhart is survived by her husband, John Barnhart of Auburn; daughters, Tina Krueger of Roswell, Barbara & Randy Gilleland of Gainesville, Sandra & Danny Millwood of Jefferson and Donna Barnhart of Delray, Florida; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard Burkhalter of Sugar Hill and Mike Burkhalter of Conyers; and several nieces & nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by granddaughter, Lindsey Henson; and brothers, Hershel Burkhalter, Philip Burkhalter and Barry Burkhalter.
