Claudette Collins Whisnaut

Mrs. Claudette Collins Whisnant, age 70 of Gum Log Road, Martin, GA, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, GA.

a daughter of the late Samuel T. and Mary Jo Alexander Collins, she was born November 2, 1949 in Stephens County where she lived her entire life. She was employed with Vermont American for a number of years and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband Edward Whisnant of the home, two daughters, Pamela and Michael Maney of Toccoa, Paula and Bobby Griffin of Martin, son, Keith and Sherry Watson of Royston, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 4 PM Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Scott Alexander and the Reverend Ralph Stowe officiating.
