Sherri Criau

Sherri Criau, 62, of Alpharetta passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019. Sherri was born May 13, 1957 in Thomaston, GA and grew up in Chamblee where she was a member of Donaldson Baptist Church.  She was a graduate of Chamblee High School, Class of 1975.  Sherri’s home away from home was the beach and she always loved to laugh.  A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter and sister, she always gave a helping hand to everyone.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Marc Criau; a daughter, Cindi Fuller; her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Angie Criau; AL; mother, Rosetta Criau of Alpharetta; stepmother, Evelyn Hewett; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Debbie Hewett.  Sherri was known as Amal to her grandchildren, Ansley and Brianna Fuller, Kylie Criau, Kristina and Gilbert Ramirez, and Kristopher Mann; and her great grandson, Mateo Ramirez.  Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Kinney officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for ovarian cancer research.
