Byron “Billy” Cornelius Williams, Jr.

Byron “Billy” Cornelius Williams, Jr of Gainesville, GA passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, October 31, 2019.

Born June 14, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee to Billy and Elizabeth Williams, Sr., Billy was a Veteran of Vietnam and a business owner for most of his career. He had a great love of fishing and had a soft spot for animals. 

He was proceeded in death by his father, Billy Williams, Sr. and grandson, Andrew Williams.

Billy is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sue Williams; mother, Elizabeth Williams; two sons and their wives; Billy and Jennifer Williams of Statham, GA and Jeff and Erica Williams of Gainesville, GA; and grandson, Phoenix. 

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, November 4, 2019 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville.

Pastor Don Mulkey will officiate.

Interment will follow in Hillside Gardens Cemetery.

Military Honors will be provided by the Veteran's Alliance Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville on Monday, November 4 from 12 Noon until service hour.
