Samuel “Sam” Kennedy Pinson

Mr. Samuel “Sam” Kennedy Pinson, age 23, of Flowery Branch passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Memorial Park South Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sam was born on August 24, 1996 in Flowery Branch, Georgia to Kevin Pinson of Atlanta, Georgia and Michelle Pinson of Savannah, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Brenda Kennedy.
Sam was a graduate of West Hall High School. He was a member of Covenant Connection Church of Flowery Branch. He was an avid surfer and enjoyed his times on the ocean catching a wave. In addition to surfing, Sam also loved to play soccer.
He is survived by his mother and father; brother, Zack Pinson of Gainesville, Georgia; sister, Katie Marya of Lincoln, Nebraska; maternal grandfather, Larry Kennedy of Kings Mountain, North Carolina; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Gay Pinson of Cumming, Georgia.
