Rex Armour

Rex L. Armour, 65, of Cleveland, formerly of Gainesville passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Riverside Dr. Funeral Home. Ricky Casper will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30.

Born on November 10, 1953 in Gainesville he was the son of the late Harold Armour and the late Rada Mae Smith Dale. Mr. Armour was a self-employed handy man and of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Armour is preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Armour, Lockwood Armour and sister Lila Marchbanks.

Mr. Armour is survived by his son, Rex Armour of Dahlonega; brother, Tommy Armour; sisters, Joyce Armour, Yvonne Armour both of Cleveland, Cinda Motes of Lula; special niece, Jennifer Hamby and many nieces and nephews.
