Robert Paul “Bob” Jones, Jr

Robert Paul “Bob” Jones, Jr., age 59, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Paul Jones, Sr.  Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Arvella Jones, Sedalia, MO; children, Gina Jones Schwartz, Gainesville, GA, Robert Paul “Bo” Jones, III, and wife, Natsha Emerick-Jones, Ft. Wayne, IN, Samantha Leigh  “Sam” Jones, Lansing, MI; mother, Joan Crowe Jones, Flowery Branch, GA; sister, Amy Jones Chambers and husband, Stuart, Flowery Branch, GA; brother, Bill Jones, Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, Trevor Joseph Jones, Atomsk Israfil Emerick Jones; two step-children; two step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mr. Jones was born September 30, 1960 in Buford, GA.  He was a 1977 graduate of Buford High School, Buford, GA.  Mr. Jones attended GA Tech for two years.  He worked for Key Plastic for ten years and Ciba Visions after he attended GA Tech.  Mr. Jones was a member of Buford First United Methodist Church.  He played Greyhound Baseball in Duluth, GA and coached softball and soccer in Michigan.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.., in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. David Benson officiating.  The family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15^th at the funeral home.
