Patricia Diane Chitwood-Hall

Mrs. Patricia Diane Chitwood-Hall, age 49 of Toccoa, GA passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

A daughter of Merle Weaver Chitwood and the late Marion Chitwood, she was born January 27, 1970 in Stephens County where she lived her entire life. She was a Census worker for the Government and was a member of the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her father Marion Chitwood.

Survivors include her mother Merle Weaver Chitwood of Dalton, GA, daughter Georgia Lewallen of Mt. Airy, son and daughter-in-law Daniel and Haley Chitwood of Mt. Airy, two grandchildren Noah and Lilly, two sisters, Connie Sosebee and Tina Meeks, both of Toccoa, brother Jimmy Chitwood of Toccoa, a number of cousins.

Funeral services will be Monday, September 30, 2019 at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Ronnie Collins officiating.
