Kenneth Lee Smith Sr

Mr. Kenneth Lee Smith Sr. “JUGHEAD” was born September 16, 1955 in Hoschton, Ga to late Curfew and Beatrice Smith. Kenneth went home to be with the Lord on September 14, 2019.
Kenneth was employed with Conagra Foods for over 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. Although, he fought a tough battle he always had a positive and giving spirit.
He preceded in death by one brother Curfew Smith, Jr and four sisters Ruby Michell Stringer, Nancy Johnson, Betty Scott and Janice Granger. He leaves to cherish his loving memories three brothers; Ronald Smith and Jimmy Smith both of Gainesville, GA and Henry Smith of Roosevelt, New York; two sisters Gwendolyn Stephens and Mary Warren both of Gainesville, Ga. His loving and devoted children; Tasha Jenkins, Kenneth Lee Smith, Jr., Shamilla Smith, and Quincy Smith all of Gainesville, Ga. A special friends Steve Whitmire, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the Historical St. John Baptist Church at 2:00 PM. Professional Services    Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
