Shirley Jean Warren

Mrs. Shirley Jean Warren, age 75, of Dahlonega passed away Monday, September 9, 2019.

Mrs. Warren was born in Miami, OK on April 29, 1944 to the late Keith and Peggy Stapp Warren.  She was of the Catholic faith.  Mrs. Warren was an avid sports fan and among her favorites were the L.A. Dodgers and the New York Yankees.  At the top of her list of favorite teams was the Oklahoma Sooners. 

Survivors include her brothers Fred Warren, Gainesville, and Mike Warren, Glendale, CA; nephew Bret Warren, Alaska; best friends Sharon Walker, Marie Gooch, Susan Harkins and one great-nephew.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home.  The Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
