Freddie Clifton “Cotton” Dean

Freddie Clifton “Cotton” Dean, age 80, of Winder, GA passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019.  He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Nichole Dean, Nitro, WV; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Thomas Smith, Winder, GA; brothers, Roger Dean, Winder, GA and James Dean, WV.   There will be no formal services.  Family will receive friends, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Flanigan Funeral Home.
