Bethenia Mae Bacon

Bethenia Mae Bacon, age 88 of Suwanee, formerly of White County, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.

Mrs. Bacon was born on May 31, 1931, in White County, to the late Barnett and Dora Adams Chastain.  She attended Peachtree Corners Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Bethenia was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Leo Bacon.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Robert Webb, Augusta, and Harriet and David Dillard, Suwanee; son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Kelli Bacon, Marietta; brother, Coleman Chastain, Sautee; sister; Jewel Brookshire, Indialantic, Florida; sister, Joan Coal, Georgetown, Texas.

A Life Celebration is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Nacoochee United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
