William Daniel “Bill” Jameson

Mr. William Daniel “Bill” Jameson, age 94 of Toccoa, GA, passed away, Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A son of the late William Dolphus and Mary Jane Frady Jameson, he was born December 7, 1924 in Habersham County where he lived most of his life. He was a WWII Veteran having served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Envelope Company in Chamblee, GA. Bill was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and served as the Men’s Sunday School Teacher and a choir member, He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Thompson Jameson and a daughter Kathy Gallo.                                                                                                                        

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Tim Canup, Donna and Steve Dill all of Toccoa, Nancy and David Gibson of Casa Grande, AZ, seven grandchildren, Danielle and Lee Abramson, Allison Gallo, Elva and Hamada Ramadan, Daniel Gibson, Katie and Jake Nicholson, Kori and Presten Reiser, Whitney and Marc Whitson, six great-grandchildren, Rya, Tarek, Ruby, Brady, Aurora and Leyton, five sisters, Grace Isom, Rosalie Whiten both of Toccoa, Loretta Webb of Dacula, Faye Johnson of Dawsonville, Ruth Goss of Clarkesville, brother Phil and Patricia Jameson of Toccoa.

Funeral Services will be 11 Am, Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Antioch Baptist Church with the Reverend Paul Jameson and the Reverend Chris Webb officiating.

The following will serve as pallbearers and are asked to assemble at the funeral home by 10 AM Monday, Jake Nicholson, Presten Reiser, Michael Whiten, Eric Jameson, Roger Jameson and Harold Lewallen,
