Ethel Ruby Jane Phillips

Ethel Ruby Jane Phillips, age 85, of Oakwood, GA passed away Friday, August 16, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Bellew.  Mrs. Phillips is survived by children, Ethel Linda Taylor, Oakwood, GA, Robert Warren Ibeth Walker, Rockmart, GA, Richard David Walker, Jr, Columbia; grandchildren, Amy Jane Shinn and Kristina Jane Scott; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Phillips was born in Clarkesville, GA. She was a retired seamstress form Lovable Company in Buford, GA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Journey Church in Buford, GA with Pastor Alan Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service on August 24.
