Anthony “Tony” Maddox

Anthony “Tony” Maddox age 51, of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away peacefully Saturday, August 10, 2019 surrounded by family.

Mr. Maddox retired as a Lieutenant with the Dekalb County Sheriffs Office after 27 years of service.

He is preceded in death by his father Idus Andrew Maddox and sister Joyce Darlene Glass. Tony is survived by his wife of 29 years Stephanie Maddox; mother Geraldine Maddox, of Smyrna, GA; daughter Alison Morgan Maddox, of Dahlonega, GA; sister and brother-in-law Rhonda and Paul Beatty, of Acworth, GA; brother Stan Maddox, of Cherry Log, Georgia; brother-in-law Ray Glass, of Dallas, GA. Extended family and friends also survive.
