Ethel Herrington Buchheit

Ethel Herrington Buchheit, age 91 of Dunwoody, GA, died Monday, August 5, 2019.

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 at 1 PM at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs.

Ethel is survived by her children, Wanda Buchheit, Wayne Buchheit and wife Cathy, Wynne Buchheit and wife Janice, all of Dacula; grandchildren, Gail Van Der Want and husband Ryan, Kyle Remillard, Michael Buchheit, Rachel Buchheit, Lauren Bryson and husband Chris, Ansley Riczak and husband Attlia; great grandchildren, Channing Bryson, Carter Bryson; sister, Walton Boone, Savannah, GA; brother, Larry Herrington, Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews.

Ethel was born in Millen, GA and lived in the metro Atlanta area for 70 years after marrying Jack B. Buchheit, her loving and devoted husband who preceded her in death 35 years ago. She retired from Rich’s Department Store where she was head cashier.
