Tempye Riley Wiggins

Tempye Riley Wiggins, age 73, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her husband of eight years, James Armon Wiggins; sons, Edward Scott Mann, Jonathan Scott Mann and William Douglas Ray Wiggins. Mrs. Wiggins is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Eli and Star Wiggins, Buford, GA and Donald Lee Mann, Dahlonega, GA; daughters, Amber Mann Youngblood, Cleveland, GA, Vicki Davis, Athens, GA, Cindy Wiggins, Athens, GA, Renay Maddox, Cumming, GA; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Carla and Doug Cannon, Flowery Branch, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Duane Riley, Fosters, AL and Rev. Johnny and Kathy Riley, Ashland, KY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Wiggins was born September 7, 1945 in Tuscaloosa, AL to Huey and Mary Lee Fant Riley.

She was a 1963 graduate of Duluth High School in Duluth, GA and was a graduate of the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ with an Associate’s Degree. She was a retired office manager with Easy Out Bonding Company. Mrs. Wiggins was a member of Rehoboth Church in Jefferson, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Eli Wiggins, Rev. Johnny Riley and Rev. Jason Walls officiating.  Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 10^th from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, August 11^th from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses in memory of Tempye Wiggins.
