Donna Mae Phernetton Massey

Donna Mae Phernetton Massey of Maysville, Georgia peacefully passed away August 02, 2019 at home at the age of 81 years.

Donna was born on July 28,1938 in Webster, Wisconsin.  She lived in Wisconsin, California, and Oregon in her youth and then settled in Illinois.  There, she met and married Marvin Massey of Marshall, Arkansas and they lived in McHenry, Illinois.

Marvin and Donna had three children: son, Dale; daughter, Valerie; and son, David. The family moved to Florida in 1972 then to Georgia in 1974 where they have lived since.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin. She is survived by son, Dale Massey of Buford, Georgia; daughter, Valerie Shackelford of Maysville, Georgia; and son, David Massey of Maysville, Georgia. She has five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
