Mr. Willie D Clark, 76, of Danville, Mississippi, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018, in the hospital in Cebu, Philippines.
Mr. Clark at age 20 joined the U.S Army, being deployed to Vietnam three times.
Mr. Clark was a double Purple Heart recipient, and he received many more medals while serving his country as a soldier in the United States Army.
Mr. Clark was released from active duty to retire in 1982 after serving in the Army for 20 years.
After retirement from the Army, Mr. Clark started a career with GEICO, where he served and retired as a District Manager.
He loved reading and listening to music, but his greatest joy in life was family and traveling the world.
He is preceded in death by his parents Cloud Dan Clark and May Ida (Spankes) Clark. He is survived by his daughter Deannese Clark (Garry Maxey) of Gainesville, GA, grandchild Donte Maxey, and other friends.

A Memorial Service with full military honors is scheduled for 12:00 pm Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton 2025 Mount Carmel Church Lane Canton, GA 30114.
