Karrieann Mareen Knitter Warr

Mrs. Karrieann Mareen Knitter Warr, age 59, of Hilltop Way, Toccoa, GA, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of Mareen Knitter and the late Edward Knitter, she was born February 3, 1960 in Rochester, NY having lived the last fifteen years in Toccoa, She retired from the U.S. Coast Guard where she did drug intervention. She was a member of Grace Fellowship and a member of the American Legion where she had served as Chaplain.

Survivors include her mother Mareen Knitter, her husband Douglas Warr of the home, two daughters, Krystle Pyette of Seattle Washington, Robyn Gardiner of Las Vegas, Nevada, two grandchildren Iveria and Meriah.

Memorial services are planned for 2 PM, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Aaron Santor officiating. Members of the American Legion in charge of Military Honors. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from noon until the service hour.
