Ms. Donna Blalock 50, of Cumming, GA passed away on July 29, 2019.

She is survived by her father; Walter Blalock of Dawsonville, GA; and her mother; Brenda Phillips of Cumming, GA.

Daughter; Kacey O’Shields of Cumming, GA.

Brothers; Jeff Blalock (Erica) of Cumming, GA; Ricky Blalock of Cumming, GA; and Doug Blalock of Cumming, GA.

 Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 5-8pm at McDonald and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home at 11:00am on Friday, August 2, 2019.

Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
