Kathleen Watson Adams

Mrs. Kathleen Watson Adams, age 77 of Quarry Road, Toccoa passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Clarence Tut Watson and Ruth Poole Watson, she was born October 4, 1941 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was employed with Habersham Plantation for a number of years and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Watson, Randall Watson and Tut Watson.

Survivors include her niece and caregiver, Crissy Neal of Toccoa; three brothers, Charles Watson of Toccoa, Kenneth Watson of Orange Park, Florida and Michael Watson of Martin; five sisters, Mary Saylors of Martin, Josephine Sheerer of Lavonia, Joyce Brown of Clayton, Evelyn Thurston and Mildred McConnell both of Toccoa.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 31, 2019, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Ricky McFarlin officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Chuck Watson, Dustin Neal and Tim Watson.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.   Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Kathleen Watson Adams.
