Myra Malinda Kitchens

Mrs. Myra Malinda Kitchens, age 61, of Commerce died Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Kitchens was born in Commerce to the late, Farris and Sarah Claudine Echols Baird.  Mrs. Kitchens was a caregiver.

Mrs. Kitchens is survived by her children, Dana Kitchens of Commerce, Daphna Kitchens of Commerce, Scott Kitchens of Maysville, Deanna Kitchens of Commerce, Heather Baird of Jefferson, and JoAnn Parker of Jefferson; brothers, Marty and Randy Baird both of Commerce; sister, Sheila Tanner of Commerce; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and many more children that she adopted by love.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 13^th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Toby Dyer and Rev. Kelby Maxwell officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12-2 PM.
