Branden Lane Gerena

Branden Lane Gerena, age 15, of Buford, GA passed away Monday, July 1, 2019.  He is survived by his father, Leo Gerena; mother, Tabitha Scott Gerena; step-mother, Deonna Lee; sister, Brianna Gerena; brother, Logan Gerena; step-sister, Valorie Mello, all of Buford, GA; grandmothers, Teresa Scott, Elberton, GA, Angela and Nelson Fernandez Rivero, Flowery Branch, GA; grandfather, Randall Scott, Buford, GA: great grandmother, Patsy and Carl Johnson, Elberton, GA; numerous cousins and relatives. Branden was born January 23, 2004 in Lawrenceville, GA. 

He was a student at Buford High School. 

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 3:30 p.m., in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, with Rev. Roland Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2019, at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for funeral expenses directly to Flanigan Funeral Home, 4400 South Lee Street, Buford, GA 30518 in memory of Branden Gerena.
