The Acree-Davis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Dwayne W.Bohannon Dwayne Bohannon: Toccoa, Ga.

Mr. Dwayne W. Bohannon, age 71, residing on Rock Creek Road in Toccoa passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at the residence.

A son of the late James and Betty Sertain Bohannon, he was born October 26, 1947 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all of his life. He was retired from Luke Terrell Construction Company where he worded as a job site foreman. Mr. Bohannon was a member of Zebulon Baptist Church. He was a great Daddy and Grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Blackwell Bohannon whom passed away in February of this year and also by his son, Michael Bohannon.

He is survived by two daughters and sons in law, Kelly and William Whitlock and Reece and Johnny Holbrooks all of Toccoa and one a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Cindy Bohannon of Toccoa, grandchildren, James Adams, Joanna Barrett, Chunk Holbrooks, Sidney Bohannon, Jay Bohannon, Ashland Holbrooks, Mindy Bohannon, Lauren Whitlock, Matthew Whitlock, and Logan Conner, and by a brother, Wayne Bohannon.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

The immediate family will have a private Graveside Service to be held at a later date.
