Troy Ronnie Turner

Troy Ronnie Turner was born February 10, 1968 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Ronnie Turner Sr. and Clouis Turner. He departed this life Monday June 10, 2019.

Troy attended East Hall High School. He was loved by so many of his peers as well his family.

Troy leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Joanie Day Turner; daughter, Meagan Turner; sons, Troy Turner III, Emanuel Turner, Messiah Turner, and Nevach Turner; grandchildren, Natalia Johnson, Jeremiah Turner, Jaiveon Turner, Jasmine Young, and Elijah Turner; loving mother, Clouis Turner; brother,Ronnie (Stephanie) Turner; aunts, Emma Dean Hardy, Beverly (Douglas) Payne, Donna Turner, Lillian Goss, and Beverly Reid; uncles, John (Vivian) Turner, Clinton Turner, Reginald (Venezuela) Turner, Leroy (Gloria) Goss, Jerry (Carolyn) Goss, and Jeffrey (Kim) Goss; nephews Zaishun Ramsey, Xavier Ramsey, and Josiah Turner; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 18, 2019 at 12 noon at Dexter T. Sims Mortuary, LLC in the Rev. Charlie, Jr. and Conchita Sims Memorial Chapel. Viewing will be Monday June 17, 2019 from 2pm-7pm. The family will receive family and friends from 6pm-7pm.
