Willie Jeanette Carroll

Willie Jeanette Carroll, 80, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Tommy Harris will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday June 16 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Born on September 30, 1938 in Gainesville she was the daughter of the late Weldon and Pauline Parks. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Carroll; son, David Carroll; sister, Willie Mathis; brother, Billy Parks.

Mrs. Carroll is survived by her daughter, Janet Parks (Calvin) of Gainesville; son, Donny Carroll (Delena) of Gainesville; brother, Ernest Parks (Jeanette) of  Gainesville; sister, Nanette Garmon of Flowery Branch; grandson, Timmy Kidd of Gainesville; granddaughters, Ashley Bryant (Kenny) of Gainesville, Penny Evans (Norman) of Gainesville; grandson, Brendan Hand (Desiray) of Cleveland; granddaughter, Brittany Hand (James) of Oxford, GA; granddaughter, Breianna Hand of Cumming; great grandchildren, Rylan, K.J., Aeriel, Breyli, Callie, Kai, Kaden, Harley, Heaven, Kenneth, Brandon and a number of other relatives.
