Eddie Lee Lively

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Eddie Lee Lively, age 39 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, June 12, 2019.  Mr. Lively was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia a son of the late Phillip Lively and Debra Sammons Lively of Jefferson. 

Survivors in addition to his mother are a brother, Robert Lively of Jefferson, two sisters, Shyann Cannon and Hailey Bonce, both of Jefferson.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 14, 2019 from Evans Memory Gardens with Chaplain Ellen Gardner officiating.  The family will receive friends at the graveside.
