Sharon Nelson Jones

Sharon Nelson Jones, age, 71 of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Taylor; parents, Tommy Nelson and Irene Brock Hardman. She is survived by her children,  F. Scott Jones, Flowery Branch, GA, Marcia (Robert) Steinbuch, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Rosangela Anjos, Shayna Steinbuch, Victoria Steinbuch, Jimmy Jones, Judson (Megan) Jones.  Mrs. Jones was born November 26, 1947 in Rome, GA. A  1963 graduate of Avondale High School. She was a retired bank teller and had worked for Bank of America for a number of years. She was of the Baptist faith.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2019 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Buford, GA.  Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
