TJ was born on August 6, 2012 in Gainesville, Georgia to Markshall and Christine Phongsavanh. He was a student at Fairview Elementary School in Demorest, and had just completed the 1st Grade. TJ had a great enjoyment for videogames and fishing. He loved playing Minecraft, and working alongside his daddy. TJ would do anything with his Daddy just to be with him. He was very much so a "Mommy's Boy".
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Devin Xaykosy, of Demorest; sisters, Jadelynn Xaykosy, of Demorest; Jolina Phongsavanh, of Demorest; maternal grandparents, Lay and Leuth Xaykosy, of Cornelia; paternal grandparents, Joe and Khamkong Phongsavanh, of Alto; paternal grandmother, Boua Inthavong; aunts and uncles and their families, Mike Phongsavanh; Virasackda Phongsavanh; Vettana Phongsavanh; KeoOudone Touralack; KeoKhonema Phongsavanh; Malinda Castleberry; Anny Sosebee; and numerous cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019 at the funeral home.
A Candlelight Vigil will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 260 Towerview Circle, Mt. Airy, Georgia 30563.
The family will be at the residence of: 756 N. Falling Waters Drive, Demorest, Georgia 30535.
