Eileen Hayes

Eileen Hayes, age 87, of Jefferson, GA passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-eight years, Junior Hayes; daughter, Lisa Hayes Kilgore; parents, Roberson and Minnie P. Carlyle; two sisters; and three brothers. She is survived by her children, Gerald and Ellen Hayes, Flowery Branch, GA, Shirley and Henry Satterfield, Flowery Branch, GA, Martha and Donald Murphy, Jefferson, GA; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandson; brothers, Gary and Betty Carlyle, Hoschton, GA, and Everest Carlisle, Braselton, GA; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Carlyle, Hoschton, GA and Louise Hayes, Barrow County, GA; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Hayes was born on June 20, 1931 in Hoschton, GA. She received her education from the Hoschton School System. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mulberry Baptist Church, Hoschton, GA. A funeral service will be on Monday, May 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. David Pruitt and Rev. Stan Lee officiating. Interment will follow at the Mulberry Baptist Church Cemetery in Hoschton, GA. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 26^th at the funeral home.
