Willie Claude Malcolm, Jr., age 62, of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Claude Malcolm, Sr. and Johnnie Mae Cook; sister, Dorothy Cook Sherman. He is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Aundrea Malcolm, Buford, GA; daughters, Latoya Malcolm, Buford, GA, Cassandra (Fred) Williams, Canton, GA; son, Ashley (Jody) Griffin, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Destiny Brayboy, Zack Jenkins, MaKayla Griffin;  brothers, Kelly (Janice) Long, Gainesville, GA, Barry (Cynthia) Long, Buford, GA; sisters, Linda Haynes, Gainesville, GA, Pricilla Cook, New York; mother in-law, Jane S. Griffin, Buford, GA; father in-law, Beona Knuckles, Buford, GA; special sisters in-law, Rhonda (John) Johnson, Raegan Knuckles. Mr. Malcolm was born on May 11, 1956 in Evanston, IL. A 1974 graduate of Buford  High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Sherwin Williams with 25 years of service. Mr. Malcolm Jr. was a Member of Poplar Hill Baptist Church.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, May 3^rd  2019 at Poplar Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Avery Headd. Interment to follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. with military honors.  The remains will be in state at 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.  The wake will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home.
